We spent ours enjoying the beautiful summer weather at home. Most of the weekend was all about relaxing by the pool, slowing down, and enjoying family time together.

Our garden is overflowing with zucchini at the moment, so I've been having fun trying new recipes to use them all. One of this weekend's experiments was a zucchini "pizza"... you'll find a photo at the end of this email! 😄

PS: As promised... here's my zucchini "pizza"! 😄

Let's just say it tasted much better than it looks! 😂 It may never convince an Italian, but it was a fun way to use the zucchini from our little garden. I think I'll definitely be making it again!
